MAHA 1st Annual Skate-a-Thon

Your participation includes: The sign-up of pledges, skating at the event, and collection of pledges. The registration page of this must be completed and received by no later than Friday, December 23rd, 2011.   By turning in the attached registration sheet, you are making a commitment to participate which includes making a commitment to fund-raise and collect pledges!  There is a $25 minimum pledge to participate.
